Tim will teach you more about the sequence, assist you into the poses with proper alignment and discuss why we practice the series and its yoga discipline. The second portion of this workshop we will dive into the 8 Limbs of Ashtanga Yoga and discuss the 8 fold path that brings us closer to wholeness.
