You will be systematically guided on a meditative journey through your multi-dimensional self. This includes awareness and healing at each level of your being – Physical. Energetic. Mental. Emotional. Bliss – in order to dissolve away tensions and unhealthy patterns to reveal your True Self in the most positive light. No experience is required. Just bring your mat, a towel and open ears.
